Uplift Foundation Inc. is an independent incorporated not-for-profit organisation dedicated to empowering individuals, strengthening communities and creating opportunities for people to connect, collaborate and thrive.
We believe that lasting community change happens when people, organisations and communities work together. Through collaboration, education, leadership and community-led initiatives, we create opportunities that improve wellbeing, strengthen inclusion and build resilient communities.
Our flagship initiative, the Uplift Network, is bringing together professionals, organisations and community leaders who share a common vision of creating healthier, stronger and more connected communities.

Uplift Foundation was established from a shared vision of creating stronger, healthier and more inclusive communities.
We recognised that many individuals and organisations are passionate about making a difference but often work in isolation. By creating opportunities for collaboration, shared learning and community participation, we can achieve far greater outcomes together.
As a newly established organisation, we are laying strong foundations for future programs, partnerships and initiatives that will support individuals, families and communities across South Australia and beyond.
